Solar Power Panel manufacturing company is looking to fill a Manufacturing Lead role:

 2nd shift-Monday – Thursday 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm

$20 an hour

 Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing operators on the use of all equipment and resources
  • Communicates job expectations, monitors, controls, and coach employees
  • Ensures workforce follows policies and procedures, while looking for continuous improvements
  • Maintains workflow, monitors steps in the process, observes equipment
  • Maintains quality by enforcing and improving company standards
  • Ensures operation of equipment. Coordinates repairs with Supervisor and Manufacturing Technician
  • Ensures operation of equipment by coordinating repairs and evaluating new equipment and processes
  • Provides manufacturing information to Supervisor
  • Able to resolve conflict

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience working with computer-based inventory management software (ERP) is required
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong math skills including units of ratio, percentages, and basic math
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and/or elevate to Supervisor as needed
  • Self-starter and ability to hold operators accountable in following processes
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
