Food manufacturing company in Vernon, CA is in need of a Customer Service/ Fundraiser Assistant 

Work schedule: Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 

Job duties: 

  • Handles incoming fundraising phone calls
  • Assists online fundraising customers through the ordering process
  • Provides detailed product information and features, and technical support if needed. 
  • Reports sales to date, and revenue generated numbers to fundraising chairperson if needed via email or phone requests. 
  • Participates in Fundraiser outbound call campaigns. 
  • Sends brochures and other media to Fundraisers prior to their fundraising start date.

Job Requirements


  • Resume 
  • minimum 2 years of customer service experience
