Pay rate: $10.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, some alternating Saturdays

Office Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and send messages
  • Put in service tickets, send tickets to team
  • Call for collections, collect payment plans
  • Create invoices for customer appointments
  • Communicate with customers on updating and send contracts where needed.

Job Requirements

  • Some office clerk experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
