Quality Administrator Assistant Job Duties: 

Adhering to the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System and Procedures.

Follow al written Standard Operating Procedures for all functions of this area.

Maintaining open communications and a professional working relationship with all company personnel, but in particular with those involved in a reporting relationship.

Analyzing and evaluating data available to establish area objectives and goals

Conducting area operations within established requirements/budgets.

Developing forms and reports as necessary to produce profitable operations and effective communications, both within the area and to other areas. 

Submitting all such forms and reports in an accurate, complete, and timely basis.  This includes developing and maintaining proper filing systems.

Help support the development of the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated documentation.

Help with the development of area operating guidelines.

Maintaining a reasonable work environment and providing adequate safeguards for the work-related health and safety of employees.  This includes ensuring the area complies with all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Ensure that our plans of action will meet our commitments contractually to our customers

Learn and use all appropriate modules of our Management Information System (JobBOSS, Job Control/Accounting software; uniPoint QMS software, Discus, Adobe Acrobat, & MS-Office's Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Maintaining confidentiality on all corporate subjects so classified.

Job Requirements

Quality Administrator Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1 + years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing / Quality, or related field.
Must have good organizational and communicational skills
Must have good basic computer skills.
