Temecula Manufacturing Facility Seeking Customer Service Assistant

Immediate Start!

 

A Manufacturing facility is searching for a customer service assistant responsible for coordinating the print, fulfillment and warehousing needs for various client accounts. This is an entry-level temporary position with the possibility to transition to a permanent position.

 

Base Pay $20/hour

 

 

Job Duties will consist of the following:

  • Assist Customer Service with managing all aspects of the assigned accounts on a daily basis. The tasks will include, but are not limited to:
    • Maintaining positive and professional relations with coworkers through all stages of the process.
    • Printing and processing orders into production.
    • Closing orders that have shipped.
    • Assisting with communications to internal and external customers.
    • Communicating information to the production departments.
    • Running, reviewing, and researching orders on reports.

Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment.
  • Requires good time management skills.
  • Be a quick learner, good note taker and retain skills acquired through training.
  • Be reliable and have good attendance.
  • Have knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office, (Excel and Word), Google Doc spreadsheets, tying and email skills.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customer.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Possess the drive and inquisitiveness to continually learn and gain knowledge of system and process capabilities.
  • Must be able to work overtime including weekdays and weekends as needed.
