ResourceMFG is looking for experienced Quality Control Technicians to work a full time project in a laboratory setting.

  • 1st shift M-F 8am-4pm
  • $20p/hr
  • weekly pay
  • Temporary Project thru December

The QC Tech is responsible for performing testing of all components in accordance to standard operating procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

80-100 % of time

  • Performs testing of all components, intermediates, and finished goods in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Performs inspection of incoming raw materials and components.
  • Must perform work in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures all testing equipment remains in working order.
  • Ensures all testing equipment is calibrated according to work instructions to international standards.
  • Documents all work in accordance to work instructions and good documentation practices.
  • Maintains all testing logs in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Performs all work by manufacturing timelines.
  • Works with the Operations and Quality teams to continuously improve the quality environment.
    • Keeps work area and equipment cleaned, organized, and labeled.
    • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
    • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
    • Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency

Job Requirements

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance.

Job Specifications:

  • High School Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of quality inspection/Quality Control experience
  • Strong working knowledge of basic mathematical analysis
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
  • Understanding of basic testing and/or measuring equipment
  • Experience managing or working within a batch traceable production system
  • Mechanical aptitude necessary
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able and willing to follow detailed instructions and SOPs without deviating
  • Ability to keep and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • High integrity
  • Transparent communicator
