Description

A customer service rep in this position will be responsible for answering 800# emails and chats, responding to any and all customer needs and questions. Being said, customer service rep must be familiar with computers and the customer service role and have experience in this role. Alongside responding to chats via computer, a customer service rep is responsible for answering calls of customers as well. After 90 days, the customer service rep will be eligible to roll to full time employment with the company, with that comes paid health coverage and a pay raise!

8am-5pm
