We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Simi Valley, CA 

temp to hire

You will take on additional duties as assigned, perform many administrative assistant functions, and support the Management team in various administrative and clerical assignments.

Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $21/hr

job responsibilities include:

• Process all incoming phone calls courteously and professional

• Customer order entry

• Log checks for Accounts Receivables

• Order office supplies

• Make copies and fax documents as needed

• Daily indexing of shippers

• Data entry as required

• Distribute all incoming mail to corresponding departments.

Job Requirements

• Excel and Outlook experience strongly preferred

• Excellent phone customer service skills required

• Proven ability to multi-task

• Read, write and understand the English language

• Compute fundamental math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
