Title: Executive Office Administrative

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $50,000.00 per year


Location: Southside of Jacksonville, FL


Remedy Staffing is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

If you have previous experience as a secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.



  • Bachelor of Arts degree and five or more years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative office environment.
  • Five or more years of experience providing direct support of an executive, senior administrator, or lead faculty member.
  • Demonstrated strong computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for calendaring, correspondence, presentations, special reports, spreadsheets, etc. Comfort with learning new software.
  • Works to resolve conflicts and differences through dialog and open communication in a timely manner. Sees every difference as an opportunity for growth and change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Poised, professional manner and the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and empathetically in all interactions: verbal and written communications, one-on-one conversations and in groups, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage others proactively and skillfully in ways that help resolve differences, manage conflicts, and build consensus, all with the best interests of the organization in mind.
  • Demonstrated project management with creativity, organizational ability, empathy, and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage emerging priorities and varying project timelines.
  • Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations, exercise good judgment based on information and analysis in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment in an organized and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidences and protect confidential information.
  • Real Estate Experince helpful
  • Ability to manage multiple moving part with limited supervision and direction
  • Excellent follow-up and follow through skills
  • Good attendance and punctuality a must
