Brand Customer Service’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

CONSUMER-FACING CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Answer all customer calls, emails and other verbal and written communications.

• Manage customer service complaints, following company rules and procedures.

• Manage customer returns and product replacement requests.

• Document and relay complaint details to Quality Control and follow up on resolve.

• Keep a log of customer interactions by brand.

DISTRIBUTOR-FACING CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Make maintenance calls to distributors, following up on product needs, questions and concerns via phone and email on a regular rotating schedule.

• Relay all distributor and customer needs to brand director and brand manager.

• Help coordinate and schedule video, phone, and in-person meetings and trainings with distributors.

• Maintain global distributor lists and price lists, making sure they stay current and up-to-date.

BRAND SERVICES – GENERAL

• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.

• Assist with taskspreceding, during and/or following brand meetings, events and trade shows.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

BRAND SERVICES – SUPPORTING MARKETING, PR & SALES TEAM

• Understand brand market and their differences .

• Support marketing and sales teams by managing product requests.

• Manage sample product shipments; prepare shipping documents, provide tracking information and follow up on delivery status and receipt.

• Prepare brand sales reports, collect and analyze data, and distribute to sales team weekly.

• Assist brand team with all product, material, information, and assembly needs. BRAND SERVICES – SUPPORTING PLANNING TEAM
