Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining equipment.
  • Setting up and taking down the necessary equipment for the day's projects.
  • Preparing the rig floor.
  • Repairing machinery.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Making drilling connections.
  • Digging ditches.
  • Assisting in rigging up or rigging down.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year continuous employment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading and arithmetic skills, English language proficiency (spoken and written)
  •  

Basic Qualifications:

  • Traits we are passionately seeking high energy, positive attitude, team players.
  • Must have high attention to detail, punctuality, reliability, and a strong motivation to grow our company.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must be physically fit and able to pass a Fit for Work Test.
  • Be able to work extended hours.
  • Be able to work on call.
  • Be able to work in remote sites and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits
  • Suggest tools and equipment to improve the operation of the unit
  • Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.
