Now Hiring Customer Service Administration Assistant in Logan. 

Day shift Monday Through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm hourly pay $16.00

Admin will be Performing actions related to strategic pricing decisions. Processing any necessary customer credits in collaboration with Finance and Accounts Receivable as a result of price adjustments. Working with key internal partners (i.e. Commercial, Quoting, Pricing, etc.) to optimize the customer journey and continuously improve the process. Answer customer emails through queue in a professional and timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner; provide information within the area of assignment in an efficient and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Report any actual or potential safety hazards to the Supervisor, Human Resources, Safety Specialist or Senior Management.

Job Requirements

 Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Possess good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 3 months customer service experience.
  • Must have previous experience with Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills combined with exceptional computer skills/literacy including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • Driving midyear and/or annual price adjustments through order entry of updated customer purchase orders into ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) system and updating orders post order entry. 
  • Attendance is key 
  • Able to work in Logan Utah
