• Pay: 17.00-25.00 per hour,  based on experience.
• 1st shift: Mon-Thur,  4:30am - 2:00pm 
• 2nd shift: Mon-Thur, 2:00pm - 12:30am
• OT Friday and Saturday as needed

Welder Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily fabricating and assembling, working with aluminum, steel, & stainless
• MIG & TIG welding (hard wire welding) and fitting
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Machine set up
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling metal products
• Grinding and polishing finished products
• Work in a team environment
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Testing and inspection of product

• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math

• Able to read blueprints and drawings
