At Resource MFG we are looking for a Shipping Associate that will be responsible for receiving and shipping assemblies.

Pay will be up to 31/PH depending on experience.

Schedule: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 days a week, 10 hours a day)

Monday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprints prior to starting a project
• Source the materials to be used in the project
• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Weld materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
• Check finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly fashion
• Work with other team members and assist in other departments as needed
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Meet daily production goals and report any challenges proactively to ensure adequate planning
• Other duties as assigned

Relevant experience, skills, and mindsets that we value:

• 5+ years TIG welding experience weld various types (Titanium preferred) 
• Capable of following written instructions, verbal communication, and documented procedures
• A team player who is reliable, works productively with others and excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective listening and follow through
• Professionalism in dealing with direct reports, key stakeholders, and all staff
• Recognize materials that have not been properly cleaned or etched
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and sketches for easily identified reference information.
• Recognizes when parts are non-fit-up properly
• Aerospace Experience preferred but not required AWS D17.1 2017 certified a preferred not required.
• Must understand all weld symbols and weld specifications
• Determine from nature of assignments, blueprints, setup, welding manuals, and established procedures, sequence of welding operations, tolerances and dimensional requirements and correct relationship of parts.

Weld various types of metals such as Inconel and Titanium alloys.
