ResourceMFG is seeking 2nd & 3rd shift Machine Operator's with our Client in Campbellsburg, In ! 

Immediate start!!! 

 No Back Ground Required!!

Shift Day & Time: 

2nd shift 4:00PM-12:00AM $18.00 Monday-Friday

3rd shift  12:00AM-8:00AM $18.00 Sunday-Thursday

*Train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks then switch to preferred shift (2nd or 3rd). 

 Candidates need to have knowledge of machine room processes along with the operation, adjustment, and setup of machining operations.  Experienced in the use and care of basic gaging in the machining department such as micrometers, indicators, comparator, surface finish tester and CMM and the ability to learn any other special gaging required per control plan is desired. Must be able to read, understand, and follow Process Control Plans. Understanding of basic Statistical Process Control is desired.  Knowledge of the powdered metal manufacturing process is a plus. Must have good work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.   Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.  Willing to train if you have manufacturing experience.

Duties will include: 

• Maintain machine utilization and improve processes throughout the machine room on a daily basis
• Ability to be trained to-set-up, adjust, load, off load, and operate Fine Grind equipment
• Work to instructions as provided on process sheets, sample routings, etc.
• Follow written and/or oral schedules
• Relieve fellow workers as directed to support continuous operation of equipment. Including quality checks, material handling, recordkeeping (SPC charts, labor cards, ID cards, etc.)Inspecting various plastic parts prior to packing
• Operating Press: No Process changes
• Packing parts using both verbal and written work instructions
• Keeping work areas clean and clutter free
