Payroll Clerk

Pasadena area  firm has an immediate need for a payroll clerk to collect timesheets from the field, reciepts for per diem, handle customer requests, work closely with billing.  This is fast paced, deadline focused and requires an exceptional eye for detail to ensure billing is correct.  This role will have you working with clients as well as directly with employees in the field.

Job Requirements

2 - 3 years experience:

• Collecting timesheets from the field
• Collecting receipts for per diem
• Ensuring timesheets and receipts balance with final payroll to ensure that billing is correct
• Microsoft Suite
• CRM or similar system
• Submitting payroll packages to corporate payroll

Must haves include

• Must have construction or industrial background - working with per diem, drive time, etc.
• Must have an exceptional eye for detail
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Must have experience working with multiple client and / or jobsites
