Description

CROWN CORK & SEAL The leader in metal packaging technology with operations in 36 countries employing over 24,000 people. • Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment. • Designing, fabrication and welding of guarding equipment in steel, stainless and aluminum. • Fabrication and installation of plumbing (plastic, threaded and welded). • Installing complex machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings, using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools. • Reading blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures

Job Requirements

• Flexibility to work days or nights
• Have good eye attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Follow all GMP's {Good Manufacturing Practice), Environment Health and Safety procedures, observe and eliminate any possible job hazards and unsafe conditions, to reduce the recordable rates to zero- injuries.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to work 12 hours shifts, typically one meal period- paid for 12 hours shifts with three (3) breaks
