Die Cast Operators are in high demand at a client of ours, located in Eaton Rapids, MI. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift position and pay is based on experience. Die Cast Operators will be working in factory that practices daily screenings and sanitation practices to keep you safe while in the warehouse.

Die Cast Operator duties include:

• Set up and operate the die cast machine and related equipment in an efficient and proper manner
• Load ingots on conveyor
• Monitor and control the quality and process of the parts produced.
• Independently troubleshoot equipment or quality problems produced by the machine
• Guide and direct the general duties working with you at your assigned machine/cell.  Escalate all concerns to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor in a manner that supports a productive working environment.

• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing, effectively
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to communicate, educate and coach new team members
• Previous Die Casting experience preferred
