ResourceMFG is hiring Molding Operators for a VIP client in Tullahoma, TN!

This is a great career opportunity with room for growth!  

 Position Offers:

• Updated payrates up to $15.52 per hour based on shift and experience!
• Clean and Climate Controlled Environment!
• Fast conversion process!  Hired on after 90 Days!
• Sign on bonus of $100 after 2 weeks!
• Additional sign on bonus of $500 after being hired as Full Time!

Molding Operator Overview:

• Responsible for safe operation of assigned high speed, large scale injection molding presses
• Perform quality checks and inspect parts for defects
• Assemble and pack components
• Complete required paperwork to report production, scrap, downtime
• Perform other manufacturing tasks as needed

Job Requirements

Choose the shift that fits your schedule!

8 hour Shifts 

• 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm; $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
• 2nd Shift 3pm to 11:30pm; $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
• 3rd Shift 11pm to 7:30am;$ 14.50 - $15.12 per hour

12 hour Shifts

• Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7am to 7:30pm $14.44 - $15.20 per hour
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm to 7:30am $14.95 - $15.52 per hour
