Immediate full-time position for Temp to Hire Machine Operator at Mahle one of the area's largest Automotive companies.

2nd/3rd shift $19.49 + $1.13 overtime premium ($18.74 during training)

Your Duties as a Machine Operator on 2nd/3rd shift:

• Utilizes operation instructions and performs machine toll and robot change over, set-up, adjustments and operations
• Inspect final product to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot/problem solve
• Produces and inspects parts
• Maintains tools, gauge equipment floor and work area etc.
• Use of pallet jack (electric and manual) 
• General cleaning of area.
• Excellent math skills

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements for a Production Associate:

• Steel toe shoes required
• Must be flexible to work 2nd/3rd shift
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to Attendance Point System
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Stable work history a must
• Recent stable Machine Operator experience required
