ResourceMFG is seeking an experience Collections Specialist for our NW Houstonclient (area: Beltway & W. Little York)

Temp to Hire        Pay:  $17 - $18 an hour DOE      8AM - 5PM

• Monitor the company's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
• Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
• Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.

Job Requirements

• Collections will be the associates sole responsibility (commercial collections)
• RECENT 3-5 years’ Commercial Collections experience, NOT Residential. 
• Professional, great communication skills, reliable and not afraid of the phones.
