One of our manufacturing client of ours in the Grand Rapids, MI area is searching for Automation Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift. The pay for this role is experience based. The Automation Technician performs machine repairs, projects, refurbishments, rebuilds, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities. The Automation Technician performs preventive maintenance work as assigned and scheduled by the CMMS. The Automation Technician responds to machine repair calls and projects as assigned or directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or journeyman in related area.
Minimum four(4) years of equivalent experience.
Must be able to navigate and input data into CMMS.
Must be able to use the computer to connect to various PLCs, HMIs, and vision systems using correct software and hardware configurations.
Hilo (fork truck) operator’s license. Scissor lift operator’s license.
