We are in need of Quality Assurance Inspectors in North Austin.

We have open positions for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime is required when necessary and weekends

1st Shift 6:45am - 3:30pm, 2nd Shift 3:45pm - 12:30am

Pay: $18/hr - $19/hr

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Inspector you will balance working independently and with teams in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment to ensure the crate manufacturing processes and procedures are adhered, to meet the standards and requirements of the customer. Visually inspect or manually test products or processes before, during and after the manufacturing process. Knowing documentation of findings is important. Record, monitor, and analyze data, pass on your findings to the manager.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Must wear steel toes and other PPE as necessary
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software
• Ability to use measurement instruments and testing tools (i.e., measuring tape, calipers, etc.
• 6 months minimum of wood product manufacturing experience
• 1 year quality inspection experience

Preferred Requirements

• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Ability to read Technical Drawings and Specifications Blueprints, Drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Acceptance quality limit (AQL)
