• Lead a team of Experience Center staff
• Coordinate contractor services
• Manage staff schedules, job duties, supply ordering, inventory, customer satisfaction and personnel issues
• Train all staff on multiple jobs, including front desk operations and driving a tour cart
• Support KPI development and reporting for executive review
• Manage tour requests and events
• Direct large projects and operational or space improvements
• Serve as a brand ambassador and engage with manufacturing enthusiasts
• Manage guest reservation system, welcome and check-in
• Interface with guests of all ages from around the world
• Work with all levels within the organization including VIP guests
• M-F 8AM – 4:30PM
• Ability to work flexible work hours, which may include weekends
• Manager or Supervisory experience
• Experience in project management, customer service or hospitality preferred
• High school diploma/GED; some college preferred or related work experience
• Great interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, PPT, and Excel
• Self-starter and an independent worker who is team oriented and results driven
• Confident speaking to small and large groups • Leads by example with a can-do attitude, positive outlook, and ‘respect for people’
