Direct Hire Opportunity Experienced Validation Engineer in Detroit

In this role, you will be executing work plans, using equipment and process methods for validation to meet the company's product validation needs and ensure work efforts are completed to schedule to meet program needs and timelines. 

1st Shift Pay: 30.00-33.00 per hour, based on experience 

Validation Engineer Responsibilities:

• Perform validation of product using equipment, processes, facilities, and services to meet requirements for program/project
• Work with validation staff members to propose improvements to reduce validation time and cost
• Propose improvements that will increase throughput 
• Provide validation execution in line with product design (C2P) delivery process
• Collaborate with cross function teams to develop validation plans
• Perform tests in support of validation plan and provide results to product teams
• Support root cause investigations for validation concerns and warranty returns

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• High school or College Technology degree in mechanical, electronics, or mechatronics
• 3-5 years in automotive part testing, building or validation.
• Working in team environments to ensure alignment to global beliefs and behaviors.
• Knowledge of automotive customer launch processes is an asset
• Familiarity with technical information received such as specifications, test methods, processes, etc.
