Description

Remedy is looking for a Customer Service Specialist at a biomedical company in South Jacksonville!

 

Pay: $18 - $18.75

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 

 

Summary

This role is responsible for dealing with external customer enquiries and requests, that are directed via our Customer Service Helpline. The role also supports our national team of field-based Distributors across the country.

Job Requirements

  • Assist customers with their questions and deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email 
  • Assist sales department in regard to all customer service matters 
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine customer and Distributor inquiries; including product related and account related inquiries 
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns in order to resolve outstanding queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Clarify customer and distributor requirements and probe for understanding
  • Appropriately triage calls as needed to Medical, Accounts etc.
  • Maintain accurate and orderly records of interactions and appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Provide pricing and delivery information to external customer and Next Science Distributors
  • Others as requested
