Remedy is looking for a Clerical Assistant at a blind & shutter company in South Jacksonville!

 

Pay: $16 per hour (will go up an additional dollar when permanent) 

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm 

 

Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a clerical assistant. Eventually will do scheduling

Job Requirements

  • Maintain and carries out the administrative tasks of the office.
  • Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and making and confirming phone calls on behalf of the company.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and updating computer information as needed.
  • Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.
  • Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.
  • Convey messages to staff members.
  • General office duties as directed.
