PALLETIZER You will: • Operate automatic Palletizer and De-palletizer equipment controls and touch screen panel Human Machine Interface-HM • Responsible for the quality of the finished package i.e. cans correctly placed on pallets and exact layer count as per customer orders. • Recognize can defects - collect and document information on 50 cans each hour Remove minor jams and report major jams or irregularities to Maintainer or Supervisor. Manually insert cans to complete proper layer pattern as required. • Maintain tally of own production and/or downtime and spoilage as required. Make pallet labels {ticket) using computerized system.

Job Requirements

• Flexibility to work days or nights
• Have good eye attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Follow all GMP's {Good Manufacturing Practice), Environment Health and Safety procedures, observe and eliminate any possible job hazards and unsafe conditions, to reduce the recordable rates to zero- injuries.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to work 12 hours shifts, typically one meal period- paid for 12 hours shifts with three (3) breaks
