ResourceMFG in partnership with a growing company in the Largo FL are is looking for a Special Order Coordinator to join our team!

Position Overview: Handle the overseas order process in its entirety. Responsible for all correspondence between customers and overseas vendors. Works independently to ensure all aspects of an order are executed properly. Address and resolve problems as they arise.

Special Order Coordinator Functions:

  • Correspond directly with customers and overseas vendors to manage overseas order process to include, but not limited to, creating POs, monitoring internal systems, art/sample approvals, ensuring all parties are properly informed, problem solving.
  • Following up on statuses such as art approvals, sample approval, production schedule.
  • Updating internal systems and record keeping ensuring accurate data is maintained.
  • Ability to manage, balance, and deliver a prioritized workflow.
  • Most of the service provided is via email. With that in mind, a person with solid writing skills is necessary.
  • The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work and achieve goals in an unsupervised environment.
