Must have manufacturing experience or a stable work history, be a self-motivated individual, demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, have a great attendance record, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, possess an innate drive to excel, and be able to work a 2nd or 3rd shift position. Must be able to work weekend overtime.
Machine Operations and Technician – Check specs, load/unload production lines, use measurement tools, 100% manual inspection of parts, change/adjust production tooling, completion of production paperwork. Additional Duties – Daily preventative maintenance, remove and dispose of chips/shavings, replenish fluids/lubricants, and 5S cleaning responsibilities.
High School Diploma or GED
•Some computer skills
•Ensure safety, quality and efficiency standards are met
•Proficiency in the use of micrometers, calipers and other measuring tools
•Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
•Ability to read and follow written work instructions
•Push/pull up to 100 pounds
•Pass a drug screen
•Pass a Math test
Must be able to do Morning Orientation up to six weeks! 645AM-3PM
