Level 2 & 3 customer complaints/claims.

• Create and manually track and trend reports
• Provide monthly and quarterly complaint data for Quality Committee Meeting
• Provide additional complaint reports as necessary
• Manage the continuous improvement and validation of automated Level 1 complaint tracking and tending in Tableau for all TPM and Levlad products
• Provide monthly complaint reports for Quality Committee Meeting
• Provide foreign object complaint data and assist in CTS to TPM
• Review complaint data for new products and provide updates on weekly basis
• Provide additional complaint reports as necessary
• Collaborate with CS for continual improvement in Level 1 complaints reporting from CS Agents
• Develop and validate detailed complaint data as it relates to different distribution centers
• Develop in collaboration with IT and validate automated reports for Level 2 &3s in Tableau
• Backup for the disposition, release, or rejection, of all finished good lots from Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs).
• Backup for review Certificate of Analysis (COA) to make sure that all test results are within Arbonne’s Finished Goods Specification.
• Work with TPMs to ensure COA and deviations are written accurately.
• Manage deviations, as necessary.
• Manage ship under quarantine waivers, a necessary.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or other similar science related field.
• 2 years of experience in a quality or R&D related field in a regulated industry.
• Experience in a cGMP Manufacturing and/or a working knowledge of a manufacturing environment, its processes, and procedures.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• High level of attention to detail, a sense of urgency and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of Quality Tools, cGMPs and application of principles of statistics, statistical sampling techniques and statistical process control.
• Experience collaborating closely with contract manufacturers and working in a team environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well independently with little supervision.
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
