ResourceMFG is hiring for full time positions in the Marelli Lewisburg facility.  This is a DIRECT HIRE position so you will be a full time Marelli employee after only TWO WEEKS!

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Inspection of product
• Experience with electronic assembly, a plus

Job Requirements

Work and Pay Schedule:

• 1st Shift $16.50 per hour 7:00am to 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift $18 per hour 3:30pm to 12:00am
• 3rd Shift $18 per hour 10:30pm to 7:00am

Skills for Success!

• No previous Warehouse, Production, Assembly or Manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to work in a fast paced-team environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
