Remedy is looking for a Production Control Clerk at a technology company in South Jacksonville!

Pay: $16 per hour 

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm  

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The overall responsibility of this position is to monitor and control multilayer capacitor manufacturing through a multi-plant process from booking of customer orders and creation of shop orders through shipping.  Includes inventory and expedites.

REPORTS TO:     Sr. Production Control Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing incoming lots for shipment including inventory and update of customer backlog
• Maintenance of scrap lot reporting
• Filing documentation
• Non-valued inventory control
• Creation of shop orders per schedule
• Backup for customer shipping
• Scheduling and expedites for customer service
• Expedite internal plant shop orders
• Run daily output reports
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum one year of related experience and/or training (or combination of work/education)
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and email etiquette
• Problem Solving
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables
• Proficient basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, percentages)
• Team-oriented and can also work independently.
