Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (contract 8 - 10 weeks)

Compensation: $25 - $30, based on experience

Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruiting efforts for a large ramp. This includes participating in on-site hiring events, sourcing hourly and/or salaried candidates, scheduling interviews and extending job offers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner and build relationships with Human Resources team and Hiring Managers.
  • Source, qualify, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Responsible for partial cycle recruiting to the assigned job requisitions.
  • Manage the interview process (ensures candidate is scheduled timely, collects interview feedback, ensures qualified candidates are presented and manages feedback to candidate).
  • Maintain knowledge of current marketplace.
  • Use internet, traditional social networking, and cold calling methods to research or find a certain individual or talent profile.
  • Manage Ceridian and maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, regulations
  • Ensure compliance for EEO/Diversity Programs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with internal and external customers; candidate must possess good listening skills.
  • Possess solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in high volume environment
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with employees, candidates, and their records.
  • Works based on KPI’s and can set priorities.
  • Prior experience working with Ceridian is desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
