Performs intake inspection of vehicle upon arrival at facility, prior to performance of any install/modification work, and documents vehicle condition
Performs regular inspection of vehicle during performance of install/modification work to ensure quality work is being performed according to customer’s specification
Addresses quality concerns with installer and Service Manager as needed
Performs final inspection of vehicle upon completion of install/modification work to ensure quality work has been completed according to customer’s specification
Verifies completion of each work order
Examines truck to ensure that vehicle is in same condition as on arrival at facility, noting any discrepancies and bringing them to Service Manager’s attention
Welding experience preferred

Job Requirements
At least two years of experience preferred in vehicle inspection and/or quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and excellence orientation
Demonstrated organizational, customer service, and administrative skills
Knowledge of automotive/truck parts, equipment, and/or accessories preferred but not required
