Now Hiring Tubs for 1st Shift-Tub Line Operator I

6:00am - 4:00pm Monday thru Thursday

$15.00 Hour!!!

Willing to Train…experience not required.

Summary: Responsible for the assembly of bulk products into tubs while properly maintaining applicable product and quality records.

Essential Duties:
• Responsible for visual inspection of parts during assembly processes.
• Ensure all items listed on the BOM are present and approved for use.
• Verify, update and reconcile the work order.
• Identifies quality issues and communicates them to supervisory personnel.
• Completes in-process labeling and documentation of production runs.
• Prepare Line Inspection Check-lists and related documentation.
• Verify and document that Manufacturing’s paperwork is accurate.
• Assist in preparing (setting-up) line as needed.
• Assists in the assembly of all products per the work order instructions.
• Document all instances of scrap product/components in the work order.
• Inspect product for defects while coming off the line.
• Assists in maintaining machinery and ensuring its cleanliness throughout the production run.
• At end of shift; verify that production lines are clean and products are labeled correctly.
• Report any unusual discrepancies or problems promptly to management.
• Adheres to all job related SOP’s.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
• Written and oral Communication Skills
• Math Aptitude
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and have basic knowledge of SOPs and CGMPs preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work effectively in an office, laboratory, warehouse, and packaging.
