Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months relevant Assembly experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Inspection of product
• Experience with electronic assembly, a plus

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly
- Must have knowledge of Calipers, shrink tubing, soldering, and Crimping
- Experience with Cables/Harnesses a big plus!
- Cutting and striping Wires

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. On occasion, heavier components such as enclosures may
be required and is generally done with multiple people but does not exceed 50 lbs.
