A Manufacturing and Distribution Center in Mechanicsburg PA is immediately hiring Shippers and Receivers

$250.00 referral bonus - unlimited

PAY

$18.00 to $19.80

Shifts available:

1^st - 6:30am to 3:00pm M-F (OT as needed)

2^nd - 2:00pm - 10:30pm M-F (OT as needed)

Shipping/Receiving Associate Job Duties:

Read & process Receiving packets that define PO’s, SKU’s, Styles, Carton count, etc.
Unload cartons from trailers using gravity rollers, pallet jack
Sort cartons onto pallets using Receiving packets as a guide
Complete required paperwork in writing to validate received orders
Use RF equipment to verify receipt of orders
Use Pallet Jack to move & transport pallets in/out of trailers and around the dock
Able to stand, walk, bend, reach as needed for an 8-hour shift and/or a 10-hour shift
Able to perform heavy lifting tasks for an 8-hour shift or a 10-hour shift
Able to operate a RF device
Able to work well as a team and/or independently
Command of the English language (read & write)
Responsible for warehouse activities receipt of materials, supply, freight and the shipment of finished products
Loading and unloading trucks
Ensure materials are received unloaded and inspected and also compare items quantities against freight bill
Maintain records of damaged goods: Items, destination, time received
Gather, verify, scan, labels, packs/wraps and ensures shipments in timely fashion
