Needling Operators Needed ASAP

Monday - Friday

2nd Shift = 3pm-11pm (training on 1st shift)

*Performance to Hire* - $17 Per Hour

Enjoy your weekends off with this stellar Monday through Friday schedule!  Candidates should have production/manufacturing experience but greener candidates can be taught hands-on training as this is a very unique position.  Needling Operators work to support the company's goals and values by exhibiting behaviors such as accountability, excellence, and commitment to quality service.  They are responsible for correctly operating and maintaining needlers which will result in a high-quality product.

• Provides needler set up/changeover when required.
• Pulls required segments for the specific part type to be produced.
• Verifies needler program for correct part type before operating and makes any necessary corrections.
• Operates needler according to procedure.
• Logs data electronically for traceability.
• Maintains applicable paperwork and checks for accuracy.
• Inspects completed preform before releasing to production.
• Develops and maintains professional business ethics and atmosphere.
• Maintains confidentiality of company and vendor information.
• Reacts productively to change.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

•  High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent
•  Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
•  Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop and/or kneel for entirety of shift
•  Ability to effectively communicate and understand written and oral instruction
•  Solid problem-solving skills
