Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months relevant Machine Operator experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to identify problems
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to read ruler/tape measure

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
• Inspection of product

Job Requirements

ResourceMFG is hiring a Machine Operator for a temp to hire opportunity in Longmont!

1st and 2nd shift available!

Pay: $16.00 for 1st shift and $17.00 for 2nd shift

• Checking parts as they come out for defects and flash
• Working with small hand tools
• Following work instruction for parts
• Putting in correct compound/mix into the machine hopper

** 2nd shift position will have training for about 2 weeks from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After that training period the position will move to 2nd shift.  

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand for entire 8 hour shift
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
