Description

  • Support Accounting Department and carry out duties as assigned
  • Verify inventory receiving in ERP system and spot check accuracy
  • Administrative duties including filing, data entry, calendar management, and more
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions
  • Summarizes receivables by verifying totals
  • Take incoming calls, answer general information inquiries, and forwarding to appropriate staff
  • File and maintain written and electronic documentation and correspondence
  • Support Superintendent with equipment inventory, tracking and organizing, and time card data entry for all craft workers
  • Receive, sort, and log all incoming deliveries

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years’ experience in accounting in a business setting
  • Prefer distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing experience with inventory
  • Full knowledge of GL with an understanding of balance sheet versus P&L
  • A complete understanding of AP and AR
  • Strong Excel experience is needed
