An FDA Regulated Facility in Peachtree City, GA is Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians for a clean room automated environment.

Shift: 1st shift / 12hr shifts / 7:15am-7:00pm (2-3-2 day schedule) 

Pay: $20-$30/hour+ Based on Experience

• Conduct test simulations on drives and sensors prior to installation.
• Troubleshoot all new motors and drivers to ensure compatibility prior to installation.
• Design electrical/hydraulic/pneumatics systems and peripheral devices, using CAD and PLC programming software to complete projects. Debug, power-up, and validate machines with minimal supervision.
• Recommend and upgrade equipment build specifications and ensure all outside contractors and in house personnel abide by them.
• Assist maintenance with all electrical/hydraulic, pneumatic, and programming problems. Train and guide maintenance technicians on control applications and other pertinent topics.
• Ensure Scholle IPN equipment is designed and programmed to company’s build specifications using standard techniques and approach while staying current with any new hardware/software that will be used in our line of work.
• Troubleshoot programs for a number of different machine controllers, servo systems, motion controllers, robotics, HMI’s, and related components in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work with outside contractors or OEM’s as needed to troubleshoot Plant equipment.
• Define project requirements based on input from many departments and perform the duties of a Maintenance Tech as needed.
• Produce, maintain electrical drawings with AutoCAD or other drawing software while utilizing company drawing standards and symbol libraries, unless otherwise specified.
• Ensure that all work is retained on the P&C network under the pre-determined file location(s) from the Process Controls Engineer..

Certifications & Licenses:

• Associate’s Degree in Industrial or Electrical Maintenance Technology or 5 - 7 years’ experience will be considered with Vocational Training Program or Military equivalent.
