Customer service reps needed in Booneville

Hour will vary between 7a-7p, M-F, *will be an 8 hour shift within those 12 hours

Some Saturdays potentially required

 Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle incoming customer contacts including calls, emails and chats with expedience and proficiency within the company standard.
  • Enter service orders including new customer set up with accuracy and proficiency.
  • Provide all pertinent information regarding service orders including resolution follow up to service technicians, customers or sales representatives as needed.
  • Maintain current and accurate customer profiles and/or service maintenance notes.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of products, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Proactively promotes products, services and company's value proposition to customers.
  • Maintains high activity level with current customers and prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email, and other modes of communication as appropriate.


Job Requirements


Admin related work

Able to multi task

Oral and written skills for email and phone

Computer literate with a medium level or higher skill set with Excel

Ability to research, assess and determine next steps

Problem Solving

Priority setting / Time management


High school diploma
