Job Requirements

• Perform Incoming / Receiving Inspection activities on raw material and purchased finished goods
• Document and generate Incoming / Receiving inspection records by recording attribute and variable data as necessary 
• Partner with Operations and provide quality assurance support in reviewing lot history records and review of any associated technical documentation
• Generate Certificate of Compliance for finished good products
• Investigating and documenting non-conformances, knowledge of how to handle non-conforming material, such as dispositioning and closure of non-conforming material
• Experience with supplier management controls in medical device industry
• Experience management of supplier files which includes supplier quality agreements, managing supplier assessment forms, supplier checklists, supplier re-evaluations, supplier audits, supplier quality performance reviews
• Assist and support internal and external audits when necessary and execute corrective and preventive actions as assigned
• Knowledge of post market surveillance activities such as customer complaint handling
• Ability to apply critical thinking and have effective problem solving skills with use of various tools like DMAIC, Six Sigma
