Job Responsibilities

• Able to operate and maintain a CNC machine, under close supervision, to produce a good quality product in a timely fashion as to satisfy demand.
• Confirm job order procedures and instructions relating to machine operations.
• Set up and operate CNC Machines and/or production equipment; strictly following instructions, job specifications and blueprints.
• Read blueprints accurately to properly set up machinery.
• Operate hand tools as necessary to set up tools in the correct machine.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
• Identify and stamp parts for traceability.
• Inspect products per print.
• Keep machine clean, perform minor maintenance as needed, and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
• Must be willing to purchase required tools, which must pass certification criteria.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Completion of post-secondary training or course work
