Immediately Hiring Bilingual Human Resource Manager for manufacturing company in Chambersburg, PA!

Pay between $70,000 - 90,000 depending on experience 

Direct Hire

Schedule:

• Daylight hours 
• Flexible schedule during peak seasons
  
  
  General Job Duties:

• High volume recruiting during peak seasons
• Ability to work flexible schedules during peak seasons
• HR coaching to colleagues and staff 
• Find solutions in accordance to organizations policies 
• Help to develop training programs for management and for temporary staff
• Other tasks as assigned 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of previous HR experience
• Previous recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal communication and organizations skills
• Project management skills and time management skills
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
