Job Requirements

• Transfer of inventory between Next Science, distribution warehouse, and contract manufacturers.
• Perform and monitor transactions in Material Resources Planning (MRP) systems and ensure data is accurate.
• Assist Finance with periodic inventory counts.
• Fulfill and mail samples required for evaluations.
• Place and track orders for components used in Next Science products.
• Assist with inspection and documentation of inspection of components used in company's products.
• Assist with preparation of required documentation for rework activities.
• Work with contract manufacturers to coordinate and/or perform product rework activities.
• Local travel required to contract manufacturer to drop off supplies and conduct training on rework activities.
• High School diploma required, an associate degree in the science, technology, engineering, and math (stem) field preferred.
• Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and other computer systems, inventory management or MRP system(s) preferred.
• 1-2 years working in a warehouse or medical device manufacturing, preferably in inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
