Description

We are hiring a talented Sales Administrator to support our Inside Sales and Outside Sales team. If you are motivated, hungry, and looking for a place to start or grow your career, we would like to hear from you. If you have a high technical aptitude and learn quickly that is a plus.

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30PM (40-hour work week)

• Extended hours may be required from time to time due to travel, deadlines, rush or other projects. $18.00 - $20.00 DOE.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW ACTIVITIES SUPPORTING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE SALES

• In the absence of Inside Sales assume all duties until their return

• Scan Travelers

• Birthday Banners

• Send backlog Report

• Send Sales Order Documentation to Tacho and Dillon

• Send ACK’s Report

• Request part #’s be added to alliance and/or price list

• Follow up on demos/samples

• Answer simple questions about existing PO’s – like ESD and/or tracking

• Enter Quotes/PO’s in Alliance

• Enter Quotes/Orders in Zoho

• Process PO’s with production

• Send order acknowledgements to customers

• Send Tracking to customers

• Send Invoices to customers

• Run credit card payments

• Help stage, print, finalize items for tradeshows

• Plus, other tasks as needed or required

 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Computer Literacy – Will be required to learn and become proficient with company CRM and internal systems.

• Customer service – communicating with customers, professional and courteously at all times

• Teamwork – this job involves working with colleagues towards shared company and team goals, so customer service administrators must work well with people from all walks of life

• Communication skills – customer service administrators should be strong communicators, as they need to provide a consistently great experience for customers

• Problem-solving skills – We need someone with good decision-making and problem-solving abilities to respond to challenges and questions and to think quickly during customer interactions
