ResourceMFG-Warren is now hiring Machine Operation Workers on 2nd and 3rd shifts at a Tier 1 Automotive Plant in Warren, MI. Entry Level Workers are welcomed. • 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm, $17.00 per hour
• 3rd shift: 10pm start, $17.05 per hour
• Please note all shifts are currently working overtime up to 8 hours a day, 7 days per week.
• Safety Precautions in the factory include temperature checks, face masks and health screening

Machine Operation Job Duties in the factory:

• Operate equipment to accepted safety and production standards to produce a top quality product.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in the factory utilizing 5S methodologies and in accordance with hazard assessment.
• Support the training and development of new manufacturing team members
• Perform all functions according to the Quality operating procedures.
• Maintain and verify all quality gauging, Poka-Yokes and mistake proof devices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify non-conforming material which includes identification, tagging, logging and proper disposition.
• Perform other general labor warehouse duties as assigned by area supervisor.

Job Requirements

• No prior Manufacturing, Production or warehouse experience needed
• This is a full time; temp to hire production position; hiring immediately
• Production associates will be working in a manufacturing factory environment; lifting, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for the entire production shift
• Should be able to read, write, and understand English (working with interpreter acceptable).
• Ability to use a calculator and perform simple math
