Shift: 5am to 5:30pm/12 hrs. shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday Must be flexible to rotate/train in different areas
Tig Welders Coater: Applying PSP powder electrostatically, in an even, overlapping manner. Load & unloading ovens, sanding, visual inspection and verification of coating thicknesses & attention to detail, throughout the coating process is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must. Manually applying PSP powder via: electrostatically Ability to learn basic troubleshooting of spray equipment Prepping of coated surfaces (sanding, wiping & using compressed air)Loading & unloading of ovens Conduct day to day duties safely (being aware of surrounding at all times - working with; around high temperature ovens) Checking coating thicknesses throughout all steps of the process. Conveying feedback to coworkers and coating lead is essential in this position Blaster: The primary responsibilities of this position include product handling, operation of blasting equipment & performing quality inspections. Operation of both sandblasting cabinet & large blast booth equipment, product handling, lifting, prepping/masking of product. Must feel comfortable with operation of lifting devices (hoist) while handling larger product Individual will also be responsible for performing Quality Control inspections on product entering & exiting department; ensuring product meets specification. Fabricator: An entry-level position in a production environment with no prior experience required. In this area you’ll form sheet metal into cylindrical and conical products, prep and fabricate stainless steel pipe and fittings for welding.• Set up work area, select and verify the materials for production, and meet daily production and quality demands in such specific areas as: grinding, rolling, seam welding, flanging, tagging
